This document applies to all users of the kxx8 platform. By starting to use the site, you are considered to have accepted all of the terms below.

1 General Provisions

kxx8 is a platform providing online betting and casino services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between kxx8 and its users ("you" or "member").

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use services on kxx8, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age — for those aged 21 and above only.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information about yourself.
  • Each person may open only one account; opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You are registering under your own name and identity — accounts cannot be opened on behalf of someone else.
  • Online gambling must be legally permitted in your country of residence.

If information provided at registration is found to be false, kxx8 reserves the right to close the account and seize all outstanding funds at any time.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

kxx8 may at times request government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification documents to confirm your identity. Completing identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your kxx8 account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

  • If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • kxx8 will never ask for your password via email or message.
  • The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on the account.
  • It is recommended to change your password regularly and to use a strong password.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

kxx8 currently processes transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All deposits and withdrawals can be made through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

kxx8 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if identity verification is ongoing or in the case of unusual transactions.

4.4 General Terms

  • You must use a payment account registered in your own name only.
  • Using a third-party payment account may result in funds being seized and the account being closed.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Deposited funds must be used in betting or gaming at least once.
If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, kxx8 reserves the right to suspend the transaction and notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kxx8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer has its own terms, and all applicable bonuses are subject to the general policies below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at kxx8, you will receive a 100% match bonus up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and the bonus is ৳1,000 — total balance will be ৳2,000. Deposit ৳18,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. This applies to the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account.
  • Bonus funds cannot be used for deposits or withdrawals — they may only be used for betting and gaming.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be voided.
  • kxx8 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in betting and gaming on kxx8.

6.1 Sports Betting

kxx8's sports betting section allows you to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or not completed, kxx8 will determine the outcome of the bet at its own discretion.

6.2 Casino Games

kxx8 offers a variety of games including live casino, slot games, and table games. All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, kxx8 reserves the right to enforce the correct result.

6.3 VIP Program

kxx8's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular activity and continued play. kxx8 reserves the right to promote or demote any member's VIP tier at its own discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxx8 platform and may result in immediate account closure and seizure of funds:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
  • Strategically abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting / arbitrage).
  • Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any scripts.
  • Colluding with other players to influence betting outcomes.
  • Attempting any form of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
  • Operating an account with false or misleading information.
  • Conducting transactions using third-party funds.
Information on any fraudulent activity may be passed on to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the kxx8 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is protected as the intellectual property of kxx8.

  • No content may be reused, reprinted, or distributed without the prior written permission of kxx8.
  • Using kxx8's trademarks or brand name for personal or commercial purposes is prohibited.
  • Users may use a limited amount of platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9 Limitation of Liability

kxx8 will not be held liable for the following:

  • Disruption to betting or gaming due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
  • Delays or losses caused by third-party service providers.
  • Disclosure of user account information to a third party (if due to the user's own negligence).
  • Transaction delays due to internet or network issues.

Our maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the total amount of the transaction in question.

kxx8 is a secure platform protected by SSL encryption and guarantees fair play. However, gambling carries financial risk — only bet an amount you can afford to lose.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

kxx8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • If any part of these Terms is violated.
  • If prohibited activities are engaged in.
  • If cooperation with the identity verification process is not provided.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.

10.1 Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Before closing the account, withdraw all withdrawable funds through the designated method.

10.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, kxx8 may deduct an inactivity fee or close the account.

11 Responsible Gambling
